The heart of my work is paying close attention to what you carry and how it has shaped you. Over time, that experience becomes a model for how you relate to yourself. And through that process you begin to build inward capacity: the ability to check in with yourself, care for the parts you’ve pushed aside, and navigate what’s happening inside you with more trust and less pressure to fix or perfect.

I believe healing begins with connection, so I create a space where you can show up as yourself and feel understood. My work brings together warmth, presence, and evidence based support to help you deepen your awareness.

My practice is rooted in building honest, meaningful connections. I aim to understand the lived experiences that shape who you are and what you’re navigating. I’m here to support you in exploring what matters to you and moving through your life with greater intention and self-understanding.

Supporting individuals, couples, and families as they find clarity, connection, and growth in the ways that matter most to them.
Every person is unique, and so are their challenges. Together we will work to explore your emotions, understand your behaviors, and nurture self-development.
For couples of every kind, we’ll work to uncover patterns, find new ways to communicate and listen, and address individual needs to foster a deeper understanding and mutual respect.
Whether you are a blended, cross-cultural, traditional or non-traditional family, we’ll work towards a more authentic and empowered way of interacting with one another.
