About Me

Hi, I’m Mukti!

My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t linear, but it has always been guided by curiosity, connection, and a deep desire to understand what makes us who we are. Before stepping into this work, I spent several years in the world of product operations, building ideas, forming relationships, and learning what it meant to feel genuinely connected to my work. It was a chapter marked by creativity, growth, and meaningful mentorship, one that taught me how powerful it is when someone believes in your potential and gives you space to explore it.

Over time, I found myself drawn toward something more rooted in people’s inner worlds, their emotions, identities, and the ways we make sense of our experiences. I began to notice that what stayed with me most were the moments of connection—when someone trusted me enough to share a piece of their story. Those experiences helped me see that the kind of work I was seeking wasn’t about products or processes, it was about people. This clarity eventually led me to pursue my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern California, building on my foundation in Public Health from UC Berkeley.

At my core, I believe in people’s ability to grow, heal, and deepen their relationship with themselves. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they strengthen their sense of self, connect with their intuition, and engage with their emotions with curiosity rather than judgment. I am also trained in EMDR and integrate it into my work when it supports the healing process. If you’re looking for a space where you can show up as yourself, make sense of what’s coming up for you, and create room for meaningful change, I’m here. And I’d love to meet you.
